Neiman Marcus Breakfast

This past Saturday June 2 we had the pleasure of going to a breakfast hosted by Neiman Marcus at the Millenia Mall in Orlando for the  Beauty Bloggers Of Central Florida, organised by Steph from Imperfectly Painted. What a great idea and exposure for Neiman Marcus as well as us beauty bloggers. The blending of two worlds to get the word out about what is up and coming and the buzz in the beauty industry. It was a wonderful welcoming with breakfast and mimosa's as well as the excitement of the staff for our visit. What Neiman Marcus understands is the importance of our blogging and the feedback that we give on a daily or weekly basis. Reaching out to those who value and appreciate the time we take talking to what the beauty industry has to offer. We were broken up into groups to be able to see each cosmetic line and understand it's background and what they offer. This was invaluable information. Each representative had a wonderful presence about themselves as they spoke passionately about their line. Some of them really stood out for me because they reminded me of myself and my passion for the work that I do. You have to believe in the product and have the confidence to represent it. That truly came through for me with the staff  at Neiman Marcus. These people love what they do. I wanted to give you a little in site as to what stood out for me. These lines and the representation truly amazed me.

Kate Somerville this line is about a healthy complexion and meeting those skincare needs whatever your skincare need may be. What amazed me about this line is her Oxygen Machine that produces instant results. DermalQuench Oxygen Treatment, this treatment pumps booster serum and oxygen into the skin to hydrate and plump the skin taking years off. Now who wouldn't want to have that treatment done. There is also an Oxygen treatment in a bottle that you can purchase and do it yourself. Fountain of youth found in a bottle. Sweet!!!!!   

Laura Mercier a makeup artist that created her line to give every women an opportunity to achieve full beauty potential which she calls the Four Step - Face

Her line is geared toward a natural look  and she's very well known for her tinted moisturizer, and one of the claims to fame is one is sold every 30 seconds. That's a lot of natural beauties running around. What do you think?

Yves Saint Laurent an amazing line to just gaze at. They have the most beautiful color ever. The unit is a burst of beautiful colors, this photo doesn't do it justice. Their claim to fame is the concealer Touche Eclat. I will say that I have been hearing a lot of buzzing going on about this concealer and yes ladies they have 12 shades so there is a color for many complexions. I am very excited and I can't wait to try it. I love the advertisement of this product and the claim, Your complexion will look highlighted and perfectly balanced like you've had eight hours sleep in one click. Ladies let the clicking begin. You GO YSL!!!!!

Giorgio Armani I will be back at Nieman Marcus to get matched for a foundation their number one foundation is the Luminous Silk Foundation. This foundation is oil free and it has a microfil technology so it reads your skin and it's buildable for more coverage. Two pumps is supposed to do your whole face. The next item on my list is the Blender Brush, it can be used for three different products. Eyes, Foundation and Blush, when there is a tool that can be used for more than one application in the beauty world I'm all over that. Last but not least item on my GA list is their Rouge d' Armani Sheers. The brightness of a lipstick, the translucency of a gloss the comfort of a balm. I'm always on the look out for new lippies.  

Deborah Lippman the celebrity nail polish guru, Run The World Collection had some wonderful colors and the names are awesome. Her polishes are named after songs. These polishes are also made with treatment products in them like green tea and biotin to name some. It was important to her not to have harmful ingredients in her polishes. Most of her advertising has been word of mouth so that really speaks volumes about her nail polishes because everyone in the nail world is talking about them and I can see why. The names alone got me interested. I Kissed A Girl (poppin pink) It Girl (yellin yellow) Hollaback Girl (outrageous orange) Nasty Girl (flaming fuchsia) Party Girl (sassy salmon) I'm ready to Run The World Girls anyone care to join me?

Tom Ford I saved the best for last. He has a designer collection of fragrances and his signature collection is unisex. Yayyyy!!! I love unisex fragrances. The packaging is very classy and has this sex appeal all it own. It's rich and inviting just like the fragrances itself. When you see the bottles you immediately want to touch and smell what's inside. The representative for the Tom ford line spoke so eloquently and passionately about the line. Later on I went back to talk with her and I found out she worked for Tom Ford before and has just recently returned to Orlando. Neroli Portifino is Tom Ford Private Blend Collection. This new fragrance is a blend of citrus oils and floral notes with amber undertones. Amazing, what a beautiful blend.
